Return and Refund Policy

The sale/supply and distributions of any expired/hazardous product will be restricted after the defect is notified.
Nutraceutical Labs Lahore (Private) Limited will keep a record of batch number and expiry dates and the list of the shop that has been given the product and number of units. When the product reaches its expiry date, we can alert the distributors.
Any items which have passed their expiry date and not sold will be withdrawn and incinerated.

Any sachet that is damaged or not properly packed from company’s end would be liable for a full refund or exchange (depending on the customer).
Items sold during “Sales Periods” and are therefore not liable for are fund unless faulty or damaged, in which case the customer should contact the company within 24 hours.
We have a 30 day refund policy (from date of purchase) provided that the packaging is intact, unopened and in the same condition your receive it and in its original packaging. The customer is liable to pay any postage incurred when returning the order back to us.
A refund will ONLY be processed once the order has been received.
If you open the sachet and try one teabag, you will not be liable for are turn or a refund as the rest of the teabags will have been exposed.
We are not liable to pay the original shipping/freight costs paid by the customer in case of return.
